S., finished 17th in the nation for strikeouts (1.35 per inning).   Denver Stovall, a freshman outfielder from Mill Creek H. The tryout will be held at 4 p.m. on August 21. The tryout will be a "pro-style" work-out  which includes the following: 60 yard dash time, fungos at your defensive position, pitchers and catchers throwing, and batting practice.  All participants need to show up in full baseball attire and ready to start at 4 p.m. sharp in the new complex at the Newton Campus.
