    The Chronicle of Higher Education is the No. 1 source of news, information, and jobs for college and university faculty members and administrators. The Chronicle’s web site contains the complete contents of the latest weekday issue, featuring daily news and advice columns; thousands of current job listings; articles published since September 1989; vibrant discussion forums; and career-building tools such as online CV management, salary databases, and more.

  • CINAHL Plus with Full Text
    The world's most comprehensive source of full text for nursing & allied health journals. CINAHL Plus with Full Text provides full text for more than 560 journals indexed in CINAHL 400 of these journals have cover-to-cover indexing in CINAHL, and of those, more than 230 are not available with full text from any other EBSCO database.

  • CQ Electronic Library
    Access full text information on current social and political issues along with U.S. Supreme Court decisions. (GPC's subscription to CQ Electronic Library includes access to CQ Global Researcher, CQ Researcher Online, CQ Supreme Court Collection, Encyclopedia of American Government, and Washington Information Directory.)

  • ebrary Community College Collection
    GPC’s ebrary subscription offers simultaneous, multi-user access to more than 19,500 ebook titles in the Social Sciences, Humanities, and Sciences. Patrons can interact with the ebooks using personalized bookshelves that automatically archive highlights, notes, and bookmarks.

  • Film & Television Literature Index with Full Text
    Subject coverage includes film & television theory, preservation & restoration, writing, production, cinematography, technical aspects, and reviews. The database provides cover-to-cover indexing and abstracts for 350 publications (and selected coverage of nearly 300), as well as full text for more than 100 journals and nearly 100 books.

  • Gale Virtual Reference Library
    Delivers print reference titles in a database format, and is fully cross-searchable with GPC’s other Gale database subscriptions. Our GVRL collection currently includes all the volumes in the For Students series.

  • GALILEO
    A collection of bibliographic and full text databases and Internet resources in a variety of subjects provided by the University System of Georgia. Many GALILEO databases contain full text articles. Use Find It @ GALILEO to determine if a particular journal is available in full text in GALILEO. Search GIL@GPC to see if GPC owns journals and newspapers lacking online full text. Articles not available in full text or at a GPC library may be requested through Interlibrary Loan.
